Pay off the debt by hiring the right type of leaders as well as by increasing investigatory
methods and agencies. This is a two-fold process. Make a pledge to become educated about
what constitutes the right type of people and put them in leadership positions, including
investigatory positions that will root out the wrong types.

    WHO●WHAT● WHERE● WHEN● HOW

A careful analysis of the type of people in leadership position is the underpinning for change:
we must change the people to change the nation. The right people will eliminate corruption,
hence waste, solve problems, and save money.

society has drastically shifted from the minority group of wise leaders, to the majority group
of warrior types who view life solely on a materialistic level. Elaine N. Aron’s book, The Highly
Sensitive Person: How to Thrive When the World Overwhelms You, © 2001, provides an
explanation of how our society has historically suffered when warriors took over the
leadership from the minority type or those who thought judicially and deeply about life and
what is right. To excel in business, one is not expected to be a deep thinker since the laws
thought out by the deep thinkers of society are in place. But when criminal minds infest an
organization, they trample the laws and those who are in their way, which is what many think
happened at Enron. The fools were lulled into going along or just chose not to question.”

Special interest/corporate groups represent warriors at their best and with their stranglehold
we cannot expect anything to change. The government has become infiltrated by
warriors/survivors and even worse their pals or relatives who often had no skills for the job at
hand. For them it is who you know, not what you know, which has led us to the same
quandary as when royals intermarriage and produce mentally deficient offspring! Select more
leaders from the sensitive judicial types – Abraham Lincoln - rather than the warrior/survivor
types – George Bush.

We can analyze this from another perspective. The Gifted Adult: A Revolutionary Guide for
Liberating Everyday Genius(tm) by Mary-Elaine Jacobsen posits that about 20% of our
society is gifted, which means born not only with gifts to enhance this world whether it be a
Mozart or a Lincoln, but born with an almost obsessive drive to make a difference with these
gifts. These are the people who often do not fit in socially because they are so driven to do
something with their gifts. Obama should read this book and appoint leaders of this ilk. These
are people who would not accept a job if they did not believe they could excel. Jacobsen
describes these people as the swans, the ugly ducklings while young and unaware they are
hard-wired differently. These are the seekers, the searchers, who often have a hard time
growing up until they discover they are swans. From reading Obama’s book, it is evident he
was a swan, turning to drugs and not taking education seriously until he found his gifts. We
needs swan leaders. We have slowly been taken over by the ducks! Ducks can be fine
people, but they tend to follow and all we need are a few evil types – Rove for example – and
the majority falls prey for bad decisions.  We cannot confuse intelligence with gifted
leadership. There are many very bright people who are self serving. It is important to study
the profile of gifted people, which this author describes in detail, and make sure our leaders fit
it. Gifted people are not able to be self serving by virtue of their hard-wiring.

Note that few people signed up for the more intellectual Obama meetings such as this
compared to parties and lighter fare and consider selecting some of these deeper
thinkers/concerned citizens for leadership positions. Look at those of us who spent hours
developing materials for this or do parallel work for no money in other arenas to make this a
better world, and find your people from these types who find work to be their play, who watch
CSPAN Book Notes, who read non fiction voraciously, and who are programmed to make this
a better world whereas most people are programmed to find their own happiness and just
enjoy. Our society is suffering from the loss of critical thinking, community oriented type
leaders. We have allowed self-centered types to lead, which is probably the number one
reason our country is the mess that it is. .

Intelligence has become unpopular. Just as our schools promote self esteem to not upset the
less intelligent types that never seemed to earn rewards or grades, our society at large has
done the same and downgraded the importance of intelligence. However, if this were to
preserve the self esteem of those less intelligent, then why don’t we have lousy athletes on
teams, or unpopular kids in student council to preserve their self esteem? Why is it okay for
these other arenas to be competitive but intelligent people must not be acknowledged or
rewarded less unintelligent people feel bad? We need intelligent people making intelligent
decisions and we need to reward intelligence once again and let those people who can’t
compete simply accept this the way those of us who can’t compete in other arenas have to
accept it.

Just touching upon schools today; education has its own platform group. Dysfunctional
schools affect everything and thus we must learn about the White Chalk Crime™ that has
replaced education. In short it is: See attached. It means lousy teaching because teachers
learn that if they want to keep their job they must be lock step with their administrations.
Nothing will change until we learn about White Chalk Crime™ and the real reasons why we
don’t have quality teachers.

Save the money intended to attract and keep quality teachers; this is not about money. We
were happy to work at present salaries as we are called to teach. Instead make teaching a
profession where these types fit. Learn about teacher abuse and stop it. Know that any
increased monies would go to the special interest players!

Learn about Professors Blase experts on teacher abuse- their book Breaking the Silence:
Overcoming the Problem of Principal Mistreatment of Teachers; investigate: hold legislative
investigatory committees; hire a white collar crime specialist such as Joseph Wells of the U of
Texas to study and recommend what to do; root out crime: use tools such as Dr. Armand

brochure,  with the logic that where there is crime there will be dysfunctional leadership and
low quality teaching. Study Fusco’s book:  School Corruption: Betrayal of Children and the
Public Trust, and be aware that attorney generals must support government agencies that
have proven to be corrupt across this nation: letter and diagram attached. There is no body of
oversight in education. NONE

LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD SO THAT TEACHING BECOMES A PROFESSION AND SO
WASTE IS ELIMINATED. The extensive use of cameras/recording devices in the classroom as
well as in ALL meetings with school administrators. Also, the right to have your own witness
attend any kind of "private" meeting you might have with an administrator. The City of
Chicago is now using cameras to prove parking/auto licensing violations. Teachers need
help to prove the lies.

Specifically in terms of tonight’s topic, education objectives that rely on the eradication of
White Chalk Crime™ in order to take place: We need to include gifted education in special
education because gifted people have great difficulty coping with school, while they hold the
answers to our future with their gifts. Remember they are swans, feeling like ugly ducklings
when young unless they are mentored to understand their differences. (Parental mentoring
usually does not work because swans need excessive independence from their parents,
which may be part of the hard wiring to be sure they fly away and do their duty for mankind;
they need outsiders, particularly teachers.) We presently do not prioritize gifted students with
laws mandated to help them. What’s more, many special education students are gifted and
there are not enough teachers trained to recognize this combination, often driving these
types into dysfunction and trouble. Our residential schools are filled with these types – swans
- because giftedness is not valued or understood.

We need gifted teachers. It is a known fact that one quality/issue of gifted children is their
intolerance for injustice. They fall apart when things are unfair and need guidance and
mentoring so they can tolerate these bumps in life. It takes gifted adults to truly understand
the needs of gifted children, and since these gifted adults do not fit in our present schools,
the gifted children are floundering in need of mentoring they are not receiving. Hence, we can
attribute much of the violence, drugs, and drop outs to children who are lost without these
stepping stone teachers who used to help these types survive adolescence. (Adult gifted
people maintain this intense need for justice and do not fit in schools run by warrior/survivors
who operate at the lowest common denominator as the former are natural born
whistleblowers, basically incapable of lying for their own advantage, up against leadership
intent on absolute control so they can do as they please, which includes, but is not limited to,
perjury, forgery and embezzlement. Teacher abuse is disproportionately aimed at the
brightest and best teachers for this reason; we don’t have enough because they are cleansed
from the system, not because they are unavailable.) INTERVIEW HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
ABOUT TEACHER QUALITY AND LACK THEREOF AND DISCOVER HOW HARMED THESE
SWAN TYPES ARE TO SAVE SUBSTANTIALLY ON THE WAR ON DRUGS – THEY WILL BE
FAR LESS NEEDED WHEN WE PROVIDE SANITY FOR OUR ADOLESCENTS.

We need to recognize that a major role of schools is to teach citizenship, which has all but
ended because warriors are not concerned with thinking about others. Schools pay lip
service to teaching character, but they cannot teach what they don’t model. Those of us that
are not warriors/survivors think in terms of working for the betterment of others, but the
leadership in our schools is on a totally different page and thus we do not fit in the system
they have all but taken hostage. We cannot produce good citizens in the kind of schools we
have allowed. We must produce them and place them in leadership positions rather than
placing people focused on amassing wealth and power. We must recognize that there is a
distinct difference in people who prioritize amassing wealth and power and those driven by
ideals. The latter, swans, can fairly lead the former, but the former, ducks, will destroy the
latter if given the opportunity, which has slowly become how this country operates because
the laws in place to protect good citizens are now easily abused, with courts filled with far too
many warriors. What’s worse is that most people cannot understand the other type. Warriors
assume that everyone would take their money and power and so justify mistreating idealists
to get at them first, and idealists assume that others wouldn’t hurt them so leave themselves
open to being destroyed. So we need leaders that are not only idealists, but ones with the
vision to understand warriors enough to hold their own against them. But most of all we need
strictly enforced laws to equalize these types. Laws are codified morality and the lack of them
favors the warriors since idealists are moral by nature. Our current warrior/opportunist/duck
president illustrates exactly what happens with laws when these types have power.

USING THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE, DEVELOP OVERSIGHT THAT WORKS NOT JUST IN
EDUCATION. EVEN WHERE THERE IS OVERSIGHT, IF LED BY WARRIORS WE GET ENRON’

WARRIORS/DUCKS/OPPORTUNISTS MAKE DEALS FOR THEIR OWN ADVANTAGE
WHEREAS IDEALISTS/SWANS/COMMUNITY-MINDED CITIZENS THINK IN TERMS OF THE
COMMUNITY, NOT THEMSELVES!

An aside: I have known Barbara Mitchell for less than three days and I know if Obama were to
contact her, inspired by these ideas for leadership, she would tell him that although she
agrees, these were not her ideas because she would want the best person making a
difference, not an opportunity for herself. Nevertheless, if Obama hired Barbara Mitchell to
carry this out due to her great leadership skills, I would share what I know and help her
succeed despite remaining unemployed. This sums up the difference between the kind of
people now messing up our country and the kind of people we need leading our country.

What Exactly is "White Chalk Crime™"?
White Chalk Crime™ is White Collar Crime with a Special Twist. It is unregulated,
uninvestigated, tax subsidized lawlessness topped with mismanagement and incompetence
that is destroying our schools conducted by EducRAT$, who have secreted the conundrum
that has devastated our Education system in their desire to feast at our expense. (EducRAT$
are hired, appointed or elected leaders who are RAT$ more engrossed in $$$$$ and power
than in educating our children, and who have made careers of bilking the public.) I am sure
you have heard the saying that "40" is the new "30," i.e., our current generation no longer
feels middle-aged at 40. Along that line of thinking, EducRAT$ are the new Mafia. EducRAT$
have organized white collar crime into something unique, hence white collar crime modified
with the word "chalk." Chalk is literally symbolic as a stereotypical teacher tool, and
figuratively symbolic as easily erasable, the fundamental nature of White Chalk Crime™.
While the Mafia with a capital "M" refers to blue collar crime such as drug dealing, gambling,
protection, and prostitution amongst other vices, the EducRAT mafia with a lower case "m"
refers to white collar crime such as manipulative mismanagement, circumvention of laws,
teacher or educator abuse, embezzlement, bribery, and kickbacks.

The qualities these mafias have in common include: a well-organized system of crime
working as a team; durability over time, which resistance to reform epitomizes; enough
power to use fear to have their way; ability to commit crime while existing as an integral part
of the tapestry of society; insulation from the law; parasitic existence off a host, which in both
cases is the public; and a code of honor that maintains silence.
The main difference is that the Mafia accesses their money via vice, while the EducRAT mafia
accesses their money via taxes, and the Mafia uses physical brutality and murder to induce
fear; the EducRAT mafia uses psychological brutality and control of the legal system to
induce fear. Although EducRAT$ often drive teachers to suicide and systematically rob
teachers of their property rights, directly murdering people and directly robbing people is not
part of their agenda to the best of our knowledge.

Another significant difference is that the EducRAT mafia enjoys the respect of the public and
is insulated from scrutiny by bias that EducRAT$ have our best interest in mind whereas the
Mafia is an object of disdain for most.
All criminals need a plan; using teacher abuse to replace hit men is EducRAT$' perfect
design. The fear of hit men deters most people away from going after Mafia members; the fear
of teacher abuse frightens most educators away from exposing what is really going on.
Silencing employees is the single most cost-effective measure to keep crime undercover in
our schools.

Schools are not about children to EducRAT$. They are opportunities for power and perks.
Those running the schools, just as heads of political parties, see their job as expanding
power, not expanding children's minds and well-being. Tax driven rather than profit driven,
they have an inexhaustible source of money and an inexhaustible source of credibility with
the public assuming that they are of the highest ethical order; their duty to the public enjoys a
sacred trust. Thus, they operate with the wind on their back as a monopoly, with an absence
of healthy skepticism. They do not have to succeed as does a business that must be
profitable to survive; they do not have to worry about regulatory bodies as does a business
that must be lawful to survive. Taxes keep coming in regardless what they do. The only
regulatory feature in place to ensure that they cannot betray the public is local elections,
which, in reality, is cleverly not in place.

EducRAT$ have fragmented Education, turning their underlings into puppetry, and using
their absolute power to ensure unbalanced news from the local press. This insidious culture,
aided and abetted by institutions, such as teachers' unions, steeped in prejudice and greed,
focused on money and power, not ideals, rests on a foundation of lies spun into "truth" by an
endless propaganda campaign, referred to herein as THE GAME, courtesy of a team
dedicated to politics, not children. It should be identified as ENRONcation, not Education.
The truth of why our public schools are so dysfunctional lies buried under layers of carefully
positioned propaganda, and skillfully constructed terror, courtesy of EducRAT$, school
boards, and unions all over our nation. A more accurate description of our schools is
arrogant monopolies that have abandoned logic as well as morality because they can, with
White Chalk Crime™ existing at the pleasure of those in charge. As long as their public is
unaware, their allies are in lockstep, and their agendas are in position so that the public
cannot unearth the truth, nothing will change because it does not have to change. Teacher
abuse, their covert weapon, assures EducRAT$ that they, rather than the people, are in
control, and is thus the first aspect of White Chalk Crime™ we need to eliminate to force
change in Education. With teachers free to speak, White Chalk Crime™ will no longer pay.
